Returns and exchanges

We pride ourselves on our quality and all our items are handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to postage and packaging so all our sales are final and no refunds will be given. An exchange is only accepted with prior written consent and we will not process any returns unless notified. If such returns are made without prior consent you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item back to you.

If eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the original condition as you received them with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items that are in their original condition will be exchanged and any items that are not will be returned to the customer at their own cost. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days so we are not obliged to honour any requests if it has been made outside of this time. We ask that all requests be made within 10 working days of receipt. - Wait for a reply and confirming email, we endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours - Return the item by recorded delivery with a printed copy of your order. Please obtain proof of postage and return as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

We will endeavour to process your return upon its arrival. However, please allow up to 28 days to be completed.
